What does it mean to be a Questioner?
Questioners, as the name implies, questions all expectations and actions. And they only take action if they conclude that it's the most sensible way to do things.
They are motivated by reason, logic, and fairness. They often ask themselves, "What needs to be done and why does it need to be done?"
If something doesn't have a reasonable purpose, they won't do it. Especially if it's arbitrary, inefficient, or ineffective. They only take advice and guidance from people they respect.
When dealing with Questioners always include justifications to why they need to do certain things. You need to feed their relentless appetite for answers. And even though sometimes they may come across as disrespectful or defiant, that's not often the case. They simply want to know what's the best way to achieve a specific result.
Questioners often face analysis paralysis and find it hard to take action and execute.
Ironically, Questioners hate being questioned because they feel that their decisions are carefully considered and that they don't need to justify themselves.
If you are a Questioner, here's how you can form a healthy habit of exercising:
- Have a specially designed workout plan to suit your character, body type, and schedule.
- Be clear on why keeping to a habit is important and consider how it should be kept.
- Monitor and track your progress often to see your results visually, which will help justify if something is working or not.
Once you understand your tendency and motivations, it's easier to start and follow through with a new healthy habit.
