Our fitness experts will come to your office to share about the importance of getting healthy and provide them with easy tips to get started. Some companies that we have spoken at are PepsiCo, Enworld, and International Sports Academy.

Battleground Bootcamp: Corporate

Battleground Bootcamp is our flagship fitness social event where we bring the gym to you! Activities include circuit training and team-bonding games based on specific themes, such as agility, strength, cardio, and many more. Each session is about 60 to 75 minutes and is a great way to get employees to take the first step to working on their fitness.

We are a science-based personal training company that focuses on helping our clients get results and reach their fitness goals. Our trainers are certified internationally by various organizations and our trainers collectively have coached and helped more than 150 clients.

Our mission is to fight against pseudoscience and harmful health myths through promoting actual scientific evidence.

Our fitness talks start at $150 for a 45-minute session. However, we are open to collaboration if there is a mutual exchange of value. Send [email protected] an email to discuss possible arrangements.

Topics covered will vary from talk to talk. However, they will be centered around the importance of workplace fitness and provide actionable tips to motivate and encourage attendees to take action. If you have any suggested topics you'd like us to talk about, we are open to explore that as well. Our talks are all based on research and peer-reviewed studies, so you can be certain that it will be valuable.

Our activities are focused around different themes (agility, strength, endurance, cardio). We also structure it in a way to cater to large groups of different fitness levels. That means participants can go at their own pace. We incorporate various equipment to make the bootcamp fun and functional. Equipment include kettlebells, medicine balls, sandbags, agility ladders, and battle ropes

There are costs involved in organizing the bootcamp, which include manpower, transporting of equipment, planning, and providing refreshments for participants.
